"Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purity your hearts, you double minded." (James 4:8 NKJV)
Draw near, because you need Him now more than ever.
You cannot afford to lack in diligence or potentially miss His call.
Not at all, and especially not during times like this.
When the enemy is working overtime.
Tugging on the empty and broken hearted,
using their pain to his advantage and
manipulating them achieve his main objectives.
Steal, kill, and destroy.
Everyday is a new story, new face, same crime.
Futures snatched away in a split of a second.
His plots come in many forms, so we must be informed.
Not only "woke" to what's happening around us
But more importantly, aware and alert in the Spirit.
Day to day we are being kept, not be merit but by grace.
And we must search our hearts and minds and ask ourselves..
Is our goal to walk in power or to walk in purpose?
Do we know where we stand with the Father? and
Are we living to please Him in all ways possible?
Draw near because the world is full of double minded sinners.
And God's waiting for you to say yes to Him, and mean this time.
He wants to send us out, but He can't do that if we don't draw near.
Lean on Him not only because the end is near,
but because life with Him.. filled with love,
confidence, and hope, is much better than a life of fear.
