"You Have Go To This Way"

“As evening came, Jesus said to his disciples, “Let’s cross to the other side of the lake.” So they took Jesus in the boat and started out, leaving the crowds behind (although other boats followed). But soon a fierce storm came up. High waves were breaking into the boat, and it began to fill with water. Jesus was sleeping at the back of the boat with his head on a cushion. The disciples woke him up, shouting, “Teacher, don’t you care that we’re going to drown?” When Jesus woke up, he rebuked the wind and said to the waves, “Silence! Be still!” Suddenly the wind stopped, and there was a great calm. Then he asked them, “Why are you afraid? Do you still have no faith?” The disciples were absolutely terrified. “Who is this man?” they asked each other. “Even the wind and waves obey him!”
‭‭Mark‬ ‭4:35-41‬ ‭NLT‬‬

Storms come to test whether you believe in everything you said you said you believed in.
The promises of God come with the plots of the enemy. Storms are inevitable as people if God.

Put yourself in the position to hear Jesus over the multitudes. It's not God's responsibility to make sure you're listening. He's always speaking, but it's your job to make sure your listening.

Get in the position to get further explanation from God. If God had to break down His parables to the disciples what's makes you think you can understand the Word by only reading it on Sunday's?

Jesus included the disciples in His work even though He didn't necessary need them. He wants to do the same of us!
The inclusion is granted by the grace of God.  We are included in a global work to serve Christ!

GOD ISN'T CHANGING FOR YOU
He the same yesterday, today, and forever. He is not lowering His standards or expectation.
He wants you to change for Him.

We're on the same see but in different boats. Don't let someone tell you about your storm bc they aren't experiencing it like you are

If you're going where God told you to go then why is there a storm? Isn't it like God to give you instruction and leave out the storm? Because he knows we'll focus on the storm instead of where God wants to take you. The enemy wants us to focus on the storm itself while God wants us to focus on the final destination.

Storms comes to reveal who we're traveling with. Jesus was sleeping. But lack of response doesn't mean lack of control. Jesus knew that the storm was not the end of His journey, He knows He has to make it to Calvary so it's chill.
Don't allow your storm to make you lose sight of what God sees in your future!

Before He addresses the storm before speaking to the disciples. He eliminates their fear so they can't have full focus on Him.

All the other boats got saved just as the disciples did.
Who is saved because of God in your life? What Jesus's speaks in your both will always effect other ships.

You can't sing your way out of every storm. You need the Word of God and prayer!

Sometimes where afraid of the solution more than the problem. Be open enough to follow God's will instead of trying to get Him to follow your own.

Jesus had humanity and divinity.
Just when you think you know all of who God is he continues to show you more of His greatness! We are still trying to find a way to worship God the way he deserves! Even our best praise isn't enough!
